Our Journey
Rooted in Tradition, Growing with Vision
From a modest beginning in the farmlands of Kuchera, Rajasthan, to becoming a globally recognized name in the spice industry, the story of Etiyash Spices is one of passion, perseverance, and purpose. What started in the early 1990s as a small initiative by Shri Kanaram Gahlot to process Kasuri Methi has evolved into a multinational company dedicated to quality, sustainability, and community upliftment. With a strong foundation in traditional Indian agriculture and a forward-looking approach led by the next generation, Etiyash continues to honor its roots while reaching new heights in the global marketplace.

Humble Beginnings in Rural Rajasthan
The story of Etiyash Spices began over 30 years ago with Shri Kanaram Gahlot, a visionary farmer from Kuchera, Nagaur. With no formal education but great foresight, he started processing Kasuri Methi (dried fenugreek leaves), laying the foundation for a future legacy in Indian spices.

Local Supply to Nationwide Reach
What started as a small-scale, family-run operation supplying bulk spices to local buyers soon gained recognition across India. The consistent quality and aroma of the Kasuri Methi made it a trusted ingredient among spice manufacturers and wholesalers.

Foundation of Etiyash Spices
Inspired by their father’s journey, Mr. Kriparam Gahlot and Mr. Sukhram Gahlot officially established Etiyash Spices and Food Private Limited in 2020. They combined traditional farming wisdom with modern processing technologies to build a structured, scalable, and globally oriented business.

into Global Markets
In just a few years, Etiyash expanded its operations internationally, exporting to over 10 countries, including the UAE, USA, UK, and parts of Southeast Asia. The company built a reputation for delivering premium, authentic Indian spices with a focus on freshness and purity.

and Commitment to the Future
Etiyash’s rapid growth and values-driven approach have earned it multiple industry awards, including “Emerging Brand of the Year” at the Global Business Icon Awards (Dubai, 2024). Today, the company continues to invest in innovation, sustainability, and farmer empowerment to shape the future of Indian spices.
